About Us:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Admin Assistant to join our team and provide vital support to ensure smooth project operations.
Salary:
$200 per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for construction and/or remodeling projects.
- Manage data entry, customer databases, and organize files.
- Perform internet research on materials, suppliers, and construction-related topics.
- Handle email and calendar management.
- Transcribe field notes and ensure accurate documentation.
- Qualify potential leads over the phone and gather necessary information.
- Schedule meetings with leads and update CRM with lead/deal information.
- Offer customer support and handle phone calls as needed.
- Coordinate supplier communication, manage material orders, and schedule deliveries.
- Oversee change order requests and track related invoices.
- Track project expenses and assist with purchase order invoicing.
- Manage COIs and project warranties, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within the remodeling or construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction terminology
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing emails, calendars, and customer databases.
- Experience with supplier coordination, material ordering, and delivery scheduling.
- Familiarity with tracking project expenses, invoices, and managing change orders.
- Ability to handle customer support calls and qualify leads over the phone.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage and update lead/deal information.
