Job Title: Paid Ads & SEO Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Paid Ads & SEO Specialist to enhance online visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads through strategic advertising and search engine optimization. This role requires a mix of data-driven marketing, creativity, and analytical skills to optimize campaign performance and brand presence. Basic graphic design skills using Canva and other design tools are required, while Photoshop knowledge is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Ads Management (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct audience research and refine targeting for better performance.
  • Design ad creatives using Canva and other graphic tools (Photoshop is a plus).
  • Perform A/B testing on ad visuals, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently.

SEO Strategy & Optimization:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and technical SEO for better search visibility.
  • Perform SEO audits and improve site speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexing.
  • Utilize SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to track performance.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and content marketing strategies.

Graphic Design & Creative Development:

  • Create visual assets for paid ads and marketing materials using Canva and other design tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage for additional editing and refinements.
  • Assist in designing landing pages, promotional banners, and digital assets.
  • Ensure all creative content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align paid ads, SEO, and creative strategies with business goals.
  • Provide performance reports and insights for campaign improvement.
  • Keep up with emerging digital marketing, paid media, and SEO trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Paid Ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and SEO (on-page, technical, and content optimization).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation and content generation.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva and other design tools (Photoshop is a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for campaign optimization.
  • Experience in content marketing and landing page optimization is a plus.
