Job Title: Estimator

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time

Salary: $225 per week

Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimations for commercial renovation and government projects. The ideal candidate understands constructability, thinks outside the box, and works well in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications
Assist in compiling and analyzing cost estimates for projects
Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure comprehensive bid proposals
Utilize on-screen takeoff software

Qualifications:

6+ years experience with quantity takeoff and estimating
Experience with commercial renovations, government work, or similar projects
Strong understanding of construction processes; MEP background is a plus but not required
Proficiency in any on-screen takeoff software (experience with Bluebeam is a plus)
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
